Once that’s in place, you just need to drop a pee-sized drop of thermal paste on the center of the processor. Go ahead and set the heat sink in place and start screwing it down using the star pattern. You don’t want too much force on any corner at any given time. Just rotate between each screw and give it a couple turns until the heat sink is locked down.
